EGP Webinar: Intro to Spirituality of Children

Clergy and religious educators are invited to learn a new way of “seeing” children.

About this Webinar

May 15, 1-2:30 PM ET
Online via Zoom

Clergy and religious educators are invited to learn a new way of “seeing” children!

Exploring children’s spirituality is key to understanding how to best create spaces where children are nurtured and supported. Meaningful engagement with children and families starts with an understanding of how children experience and engage with their spirituality.

We will discuss this  important topic through the lens of theologians, educators, and psychologists. Learn practical ways to be a community that honors children’s spiritual lives.

This special webinar will be facilitated by Rev. Dr. Cheryl Minor and Hannah Sutton-Adams, PhD, staff leading the Godly Play Foundation Center for the Theology of Childhood.

About Everyday Godly Play

The Everyday Godly Play project invites us to move beyond the walls of the church into the home, supporting parents and caregivers with resources to nurture their children’s spirituality through wonder, narrative, rhythm, and play.
